The incredible Filipa Pato and William Wouters is a magical wife and husband collaboration. Their philosophy is simple: create authentic wines without makeup and express the true nature of the vineyards from which they come. They focus on indigenous grapes only from vineyard sites with soils, microclimates, and aspects ideal for growing their exquisite wine grapes with biodynamic viticultural practices.
This is a seated tasting limited to 16 people, will start promptly at 6:00 pm at our Buckhead location, Le Perrine’s Pop-Up, and last about 90 minutes.
We will be serving 6 wines + light charcuterie and cheese
