The Solera that originated the Osborne Sibarita Oloroso was set in 1792! It was previously owned by historic Bodegas Domecq, until its recent dissolution. This wine has been aged for an average of 30 years in El Puerto de Santa Maria. Sibarita is a blend of fine, hand-harvested Palomino grapes with just a touch (2%) of PX, for a rounder, smoother mouthfeel.
