ABOUT THIS WINE

The fruit used is a blend of vineyards across Sonoma County. The soil composition is primarily Goldridge sandy loam and clay. After harvest, the wine is fermented with approximately 15% whole cluster in two-ton fermenters. Pressed in Coquard basket press. Aged 18 months in French oak.
