ABOUT THIS WINE
This "GSM" blend is sourced from vineyards in the Los Alamos Valley, Los Olivos District and Happy Canyon. Each site was vinified and aged separately. The wine matured for 11 months in neutral barrique. Blending took place one new moon before bottling. 35% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 25% Mourvèdre. 25% whole cluster was used. Bright red fruit aromas carry over to the palette. Give the wine a little chill. Great with BBQ!
ABOUT THIS PRODUCER
A collaboration between Angela and Jason Osborne (A Tribute to Grace Wine Company), and Manuel Cuevas (C2 Cellars). They met during the 2013 vintage and have been discussing sunshine, moon signs and their Kiwi/Cornish/Mexican-American roots ever since. "Land of Saints" refers to both Jason's native Cornwall and California, home of so many 'Sans' and 'Santas'. The group aims to produce honest wines that express what the location and particular vintage provides.
